Durable neoprene ankle cuff with envelope that covers high-top bootie, latex, neoprene, or otherwise. New, low profile TI-Zip is self healing, softer, more durable and drier than conventional waterproof zippers that we used to use. It is mounted on front adds ease of entry and waterproof security. Self draining cuffs, knees and seat double reinforced with cordura and piss / relief zips fitted.
